Quality Policy

Providing solutions in infrastructure and information security, through a qualified team, using defined standards and methods, with the goals of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Service Management Policy

Our Service Management Policy is fit for purpose for the organization and requires the President's Advisor to provide a framework for setting objectives (OD-SGI-004-Quality Objectives) and ensuring that all services are clearly identified, implemented and monitored in accordance with what has been agreed with our clients. This ensures that all deliveries are provided with quality, within the constraints of legal contracts. Customer satisfaction is our goal, and we have adopted a Management System that complies with the requirements of ISO 20000-1 to achieve this. ISH Tecnologia's management is committed to the continuous improvement of the SGS and services.

Information Security Policy

The purpose of this policy is to establish criteria to ensure that the information technology resources of ISH Tecnologia, which provides consulting services and hardware and software solutions for information security, infrastructure and information technology, are protected against unauthorized access, loss of confidentiality, integrity and improper use, as well as all its clients and partner companies. The policy describes the best practices, standards, recommendations, usage policies applicable to the organization's information technology resources and its processes, through guidelines established by Senior Management and takes into account the objectives, legal, contractual and regulatory requirements applicable to the scope of certification and continuous improvement.

ISH Tecnologia's management is committed to safeguarding its information technology resources from any threats that compromise their security by applying control measures in accordance with and satisfying the applicable requirements.

Violation of the Information Security Policy

Incidents are dealt with by the Security Committee, which analyzes/assesses the cause, impact and responsibility. Records can be made via the csi@ish.com.br channel.
