INFORMATION ON SPONSORSHIP AND DONATIONS

The policy on sponsorships and donations set out in ISH Tecnologia's Code of Conduct stipulates that a company committed to business integrity must be attentive to the background of those who will receive its funding, sponsorships and donations, in order to avoid possible associations of its image with fraud or corruption. To this end, the ISH Group adopts the following standards in such cases:

  • The establishment of criteria, both for selecting recipients and for monitoring approved projects;
  • The adoption of mechanisms to verify that the funds are being used for the lawful purposes for which they were originally intended;
  • Checking the relationship between the beneficiary institution and public officials, to avoid the use of funds to hide undue payments or advantages.
